How to use Chinese standard 30 kg/m steel rail instead of BS60R or BS60A rail?

We received some inquiries from Bangladesh and

Pakistan wants to purchase about 300 tons of BS60R or BS60A for mining railroad because they had used British standard rail in history, they have to use some type of rail to extend the railroad again. But there is not this roller in China, even any mill would like to open the roller, the MOQ should be more than 800 tons. So we have to suggest them to use Chinese standard 30 kg rail instead of it.

Some user is flexible, they would like to accept our suggestion, so we teach them how to join them together:

For BS60R and BS60A rail, the head width is 57.15mm, and the height is 114.3mm; For 30kg rail, the head width is 60.33mm, and the height is 108mm. So only need to keep the top of the head level, and keep inside of the head to the same gauge, then polish the top and inside of the head smoothly, so as the carrier passes through here smoothly is okay. Later you can only use Chinese standard rail, which not only can save a lot of costs but also easy to get the turnout switch and rail fasteners, never need worry to get the matched railroad material again.

Some users worry about the quality, in China, our engineer had used a 22kg rail to joint 50kg rail, never had any problem.
