Rail Joint Production capacity

At our 60,000sq.m production factory, our rail joint workshop is the biggest with modern Φ450 and Φ300 rolling lines, together with rail joint production lines to guarantee the capability of large-scale orders. 14 varieties of processing equipment are available including pre-heating and heat treatment furnaces, straightening machines, cutting machines, hacksaw machines, drill machines, hole chamfering, joggling and punching facilities, oil storage tanks, and thermometers; 5 processing tool facilities such as lathe machines, shaper, surface grinder, bench grinder, and pencil grinder. About 300 working staff and 50 engineers working for rail fish plates, including 6 senior engineers with 20 years of work experience in the railway industry. Based on our experience and dedication, annual orders of 50,000-60,000 tons from more than 20 countries and areas have been placed with us.

Quality control

As far as the most concerned quality is concerned, we have a 24-hour quality control team at the workshop to ensure consistent quality in accordance with 16 strict quality inspection steps. In each processing step, we follow strict quality rules. What’s more, every 3 pieces of rail joint bars will be selected from 100pieces at random as testing targets in our laboratory with a formal quality testing report. Under such a thorough quality system, we have never got any complaints from our buyers up to today.
